Sloan and I were in an apple restaurant. We ordered a bowl of square apple pieces. The waiter or waitress (I don't recall which but I think she was more female) was getting backed up with the orders because they were running out of apples in the kitchen.
She finally served us, although our bowl of apples was only half full because they didn't have enough apples for slicing. But she was able to give us our side apples.
The reason the cooks didn't use the side apples for slicing was that they weren't the right kind, although they did use the same kind of apples for slicing and for side apples.
It didn't matter. We were happy with our bowl of apples the way it was. We ate the square apple pieces.
