I'm in the movie "Anna and the King" except there is no Chow Yung Phat, or however it's spelled, and it's at the very end.
My friend and I are trying to escape an army of soldiers that are after just us two women, and we're going the same way they do in the movie, over this bridge thingy, etc.
It's a very wooded area, lots of trees, etc. We copy the movie's idea, and decide to destroy the bridge so the soldiers can't get us.
We burn it down, and then head to the house on the other side, to wait it out.
Thinking we are safe, we begin to relax, and I glance out one of the windows, and see the army has climbed through the gorge (which has suddenly become smaller) and are on there way to the house.
The house is oriental fashion, with like, stair things leading up to it. It kind of reminds me of a jungle gym, thinking back on it. We break down all the stairways up to us, and think this is somehow going to serve as protection.
Oddly, we are protected for a while, as the army seems dumbfounded that we found a way to outwit them.
Now my friend and I are coming up with a new plan.
We can hike up the mountain behind the house, to the monastary, and take refuge there.
The trick is, trying to sneak past the soldiers who are running around the house, looking for Buddha knows what.
We look out the window to the mountain, and see soldiers running down its slopes, returning from reconosance missions.
We decide that it's now or never, and hope to get by unnoticed.
Of course, oriental women are know for their ability to hid well behind trees, my friend reminds me before we go.
Ah yes.
So, we bolt out of the house, and of course, we can't run very fast, becuase you can never run fast, or well in dreams, and someone sees us.
We hid behind a couple trees, and the boss soldier man approaches. We can see him, but he can't see us.
He also knows that women can hide well behind trees.
I watch as he approaches my tree. I see him moving around, and I move too, so to keep hidden.
Then, he notices my dress, and says calmly, ''But a tree can't hide all the womans form"
With that, I bolt from my hiding place, and look back to see if my friend followed suit.
She was too close to the boss guy, and got captured.
So I gave up, and starting walking back to the tree.
I wouldn't desert my friend.
Then I woke up.
I don't even know why they wanted us in their custody so badly in the first place.
