As I began to awake from the dream, I realized that my mom had been asking my sister,

Just remembered one part, I was talking to my brother, and I looked down and realized that I wasn't wearing a shirt.
This distressed me, because I have my nipples pierced and I didn't want him to know.
So I just sort of nonchalantly tried to cover them up with my hands, hoping he didn't notice.
I think I've had that dream before.
