All my dreams have become lucid. In the beginning, before I started documenting dreams, on occassion I would have a lucid dream (age 7-25). Then I learned about how documenting your dreams helps you become aware of dreaming while you are dreaming. Soon, I was aware that I was dreaming, and now all my dreams are lucid. It's almost like living two lives. Most of the time these days, I let the dream proceed without interference. Now I never have nightmares or bad dreams, just boring dreams once and a while.
