i'd like to start sharing my dreams here. Writing my dreams out and remembering my dreams seem very closely related for me. At the moment, I can't think of a dream I might have had last night. Lately, I've been more focussed on waking up in time. I bought some alarm clocks to help me get up in the morning, but I keep going to bed after walking through my apartment and shutting them all off. In order to wake up on time, I think it helps to tell myself right before I go to bed how I plan to schedule my morning the next day (like three things). Likewise, just before I go to sleep, it might be helpful for me to think about a problem that I want to solve or a question I want to answer and secondly, what I want to dream about. I'll try it. I'll write down the three things I intend to do the next morning (outside my daily regimen) and the two things I want to dream about. (I won't list them here though, i don't think, but I might.)
