On Sept 1st, I had the craziest dream about my ex. He is a good friend of mine still. First, may I warn anyone that reads this, that I have no control over my dreams. I don't know why I dreamt this, but I did. Well, I dreamt that my ex was moving away, and he really is in real life. Well, I wanted to tell him bye, so he and I went out to eat at this restaurant. So I told him to bring his current girlfriend with him. The crazy part was that I had my arm around my ex the whole time and when I hugged him in my dream, it felt like it does when I hug my current boyfriend. I knew I wasn't doing a good thing here. It was weird. Unfortunately, his new girlfriend was being totally ignored. I remember feeling bad about this however. We all got on an elevator to go up to this restaurant. When we got up there, my mom, dad, sister, her husband, and my Uncle Rod and Aunt Linda, Uncle Terry, and Uncle Tony and Aunt Lori were all there. Well, my ex's new girlfriend went off to use the bathroom. I remember this so vividly...she had on a light blue polo shirt with khaki capri pants on. He had on a green and burgundy plaid shirt (just like the one my boyfriend had on earlier that night when I saw him before hitting the hay.) Anyway, she went off to use the bathroom and I remember everyone started saying all this stuff about her. Stuff they judged her over. I was feeling bad about it, but she was just kind of off in her own world not paying attention to anything my ex was doing. She didn't even sit with him. I did. Well, my Uncle Tony started to warn everyone that she was coming back to the table, so everyone changed the subject to how good the hot sauce on the table was. Well, I looked at my ex and told him that I wanted to get away with him to say goodbye. Well, we did. Somehow, I ended back in my room I think. It was a room with a small bed. Anyway, I could actually hear the music that was in my dream, playing. It was Cheryl Crow's "All I Wanna Do" song. Don't know why, but it was there. So, I started crying really loud and I told him I would miss him. He told me that he would miss me too. Then we had this huge make out session. We kissed and kissed and kissed. This was realistic too, because I remember him kissing my neck and then I remember both of us looking each other directly in the eyes. Then I said, "I don't want you to go." and he said, "I don't really want to, especially since I don't even like being around her." (referring to his new girlfriend). Then I said, "I'm coming with you.", and I woke up. Later that day, I told my current boyfriend about the dream. I felt like I had cheated on him. Of course he didn't mind, because he knew I had no control over my dreams. I just thought it was a crazy dream!
