We were somewhere in NJ on a class trip with a nice "White Trash" chaperone. It was a rest stop for on the way home, but it was in the chaperone's hometown. We looked around in the shps, but it was nothing but cheap junk. I couldn't get anything because i didn't want my parents to know i was out of state. All i had was credit or debit cards, and this location would appear on my statement.

John and a bunch of others were dressed in elaborate costumes. Everyone was in the color scheme of black and purple. It had an evil significance to it. John, however, was dressed as a knight in green and gold. He had a young girl page with him. She had short, straight, light-brown hair and she was dressed in a green adn brown outfit with grey metal flourishes. He stroked her chin as a gesture of fondness, and she saluted. A semi-real battle ensued between the two color-schemed sides.

I was in a huge building, probably a mansion, containing lots of questionable relatives and friends therein. It wasn't scary, but everyone had a dark past being revealed (except maybe for myself). We were ushered into an auditorium with stadium seating. Tom and i fought over laying down across the upper right seats. John moved out of the way, and Kat and Jamie were somewhere on the other side. Many other random people were about. Weird stuff got said about the strange relatives by the keynote speaker (i think a video or a reading of soemthign from a recently deceased old relative.) The people weren't happy about what was said and weird consequences resulted from it.
Some of us that didn't leave decided to go to a hotel and werw given directions. We went to the front desk and were handed a key. It was labelled, possibly meaning the 3rd floor, but hard to decipher. The white laminated card had random, unexplained numbers on it. We climbed the stairs.
The first flight or two had nicely curved and light turquoise green carpeting, wiht random people milling about. After that, the stairs get complicated. There were rail ladders attached to floating chunks of platforms, gliding around in midair on unseen tracts. I attempted to climb up, but had to relieve myself of some of my supplies along the way.
ANALYSIS:
whenever we had a class trip, even now in college, if it was up to NY, we'd stop somewhere along the way, usually in NJ in one of those mini-strip mall places. but the stores here were so much more rundown. i also think the bus was lost or off track.
i forget the meaning of the next section, but it did have some at some point i'm sure.
the next section had a murder mystery feel to it, more like Clue, just in the number of creepy relatives and a stuffy yet lofty old home.
the last section certainly had soem meaning, but it too is also forgotten.
