My friend Arial and I went shoe shopping at Holt Renfrew. They had several floors devoted to shoes of all sorts of designs. Arial is overweight, and I tried to help her find shoes or boots but they all didn't fit her leg or foot width. At one point a series of models paraded around in shoes, and I was one of them; the organizers commented that I was a natural. One pair of boots in particular were interesting; they were modular, and you would plug in parts to make heels or protruberences on the sides. I woke up before I bought them.
