The inspection, Hey Arnold and funny little star shaped octupus

There was some kind of inspection going on at the school and they were going to raid all the students houses to see if they had stolen any equipment from the school. It was even worse as one of the office ladies lived right across the road from us.
It was a dark nite and my brother (who had long hair again) was trying to hide everything that I had stolen from the school. There was a picture of something and my brother Ken threw it in the front garden to make out that someone had framed us.
All of a sudden it changed to a cartoonish feel and the scene was underwater. There was this song that I'd heard on Hey Arnold once (you know that one Dino Spunomi or whatever it is sings) yeah and there was dolphins kissing and all this other crap. By the way we're still in cartoons. And then this octupus who was singing the song got it's tentacle and put it around a star shaped thing which in my dream was supposed to be an octupus. And then I woke up.
