I was back at my old high school. A concert or something was being held out of town (in Georgia, I believe) and anyone who knew how to play any sort of instrument was requested to accompany the band in order to "beef it up" a little. Most of my friends had been in the school band in middle school, so they got ready with their clarinets and whatnot -- even people I didn't think knew how to play an instrument were preparing for the trip. I had apparently lied to everyone and told them I played the violin, so they were all expecting me to go.
I was running late and missed the chance to go to the concert, though. I was pissed. I was really excited, despite my inability to play anything. Then I was informed that the concert was actually the NEXT day and we'd be leaving then. Oops.
I'm not sure what happened in the end...I remember calling all of my friends who were going, but none of them were answering their phones.
Suddenly, I was in a car with my friend Leesa. She was driving (she does not yet have a driver's license, I might add) and we were taking some sort of "short cut" through a marsh, although it didn't really look like one. We kept flying through muddy ground with pools of milky-white water still standing from the last rain.
Suddenly, a group of boys appeared in front of us, playing. I told Leesa to move, but she was headed right at one of the kids -- she hit him, and as I looked back, it appeared that she had killed him. She was totally unaffected by this.
