I am 'living at my parents' again; back to feeling

oppressed and upset all of the time.



Except that their apartment is now a huge

complex that is cross between a college campus

I frequent in the Hills and the duplex I grew up in.



Every room has thick, oatmeal colored shag carpets from wall to wall, and a lot of dark wood

mass-produced sculptures on particleboard furniture. The 'house' is shared by professors

and a variety of families that all take my parents

side in everything, but no one 'owns' any

particular part of the complex... It's this weird

commune from Hell. Where everyone likes

Tuna Casserole with this dreadful pre-packaged

curry powder seasoning that tastes absolutely horrible. That and frozen peas with creme sauce.



And then I'm running as fast as I can from room

to room, trying to be alone but there are no wall

partitions... And I'm not wearing underwear and

my belly feels very heavy.



And then I fall to my knees in one of the rooms

onto the off-white carpeting, and there's this gush

of blood and fluid from between my legs, and a large pink and white fetus is staring up at me

from the carpet... I'm looking around feverishly

for something to clean up the mess; terrified I've been seen, and knowing if I'll stand up it will only

make me vomit.
